Iron Butterfly

Mother of All Butterflies. Copper body; brass antennae and feet; steel wings (18"x22"x12")

My man makes butterflies. Manly butterflies made of steel and copper.

He'll be showing the above butterfly as well as many of his other artworks at Corrales Art in the Park, this Sunday (October 2nd) from 10AM to 5PM. If you are in town for the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, stop by. Other items on hand will be smaller insects, sunfaces, clocks and even a gate.

Corrales, a rural bedroom community of Albuquerque, is about ten minutes from Balloon Fiesta Park. In addition to the art show, Corrales has several fine art galleries and great restaurants. And be sure to stop by Wagner's Farm Store for a bowl of green chile stew or fresh roasted corn.
