Rant and Roll

Good Rantage from a tipsy rabbit. via Monica Jackson

Re: Cursing.

I’ve decided that people who get judgmental of me just because of my FILTHY FUCKING MOUTH need to just get the hell OVER THEMSELVES. “You don’t have to use profanity to express yourself.” Oh yeah, WHY NOT? Cuss words to me are like exclamation points, only stronger. I don’t like words that express hate for hate’s sake (like the n-word, or cunt, or faggot), so you won’t see me using those words.

Ditto. "Cursing is a sign of an unimaginative mind." Ugh. Famous last words, spoken by the most unimaginative, dry, voiceless bloggers [writers] ever.

Re: Childbirth

It wasn’t beautiful, or magical. It was disgusting. Nine-month pregnant bodies are just gross in (ahem) that area down there. Blood, crap, meconium, placenta, pain, hemorrhoids, tearing from vagina to asshole…

Double ditto. Birds do it, dogs do it. Even educated fleas do it. Miracle of birth, my ass. The miracle is raising a healthy, semi-well-adjusted, functioning member of society. Good parenting might be magic. Childbirth, not-so-much.

(HOLD IT angry commenters who love to have no sense of humor so they can get offended by things: the baby being self-centered part was a joke.)

Triple ditto.

Romance Novel Cover Fun
The gay version. Get a load of them...er...man roots.

Is That A Bomb
Or do you need changing? TSA on the search for the littlest terrorists. Never trust a baby.

Captain Bloody Obvious Award
Goes to the Washington Post. Regarding the America Supports You Freedom Walk (aka, Dance on the Graves of the Fallen Walk), they say:

As it appears that this event could become politicized, The Post has decided to honor the Washington area victims of 9/11 by making a contribution directly to the Pentagon Memorial Fund. . . .

Huh, "politicized," really? Serious investigative reportage.
