INT. P.O.S. KOREAN CAR IN ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO, CORNER OF CORRALES AND ALAMEDA

In a vacant lot, a middle-age black man sits on the tailgate of a rust-coloured truck. The bed is filled with watermelons. He holds a cardboard, handwritten sign that reads: "Texas Watermelons. Blessed by Jesus."

ME
Isn't that false advertising? I mean the watermelons aren't actually blessed--

J-MAN
Sure they are.

ME
Huh?

J-MAN
Jesus is the name of the guy who picked 'em. Jesus Morales.

ME
Oooh. That Jesus. My mistake. Sorry Jesus.

Lame dialogue brought to you by ANXIETY.

The vet is coming out to stick Nikster with needles--overdue West Nile vacs. Last time, the Nikster behaved badly and wouldn't speak to me afterwards. If the horse ain't happy; ain't nobody gonna be happy. Crap. And he's in such a good mood today.

Writing...
1000 new words yesterday. Some have the potential to make sentences.

If a word is a potential sentence, is it right to Delete it?

Cheers,
P.K.
